For problems or suggestions regarding Cerner Direct Web Inbox, you can either
- Contact your distributing partner for submission on your behalf or call Cerner Client Care at 1-866-221-8877. (Select option 6)
The following information should be provided for either method to ensure the Cerner Direct team receives your request and all necessary information.
- Solution Family = Community & Consumer Health
- Solution = Direct Messaging
- Summary: A brief statement of the issue
- Description: A description of the issue as well as the following info, if applicable:
- Your Cerner Direct email address.
- Message Date, Time, Subject, sender and recipient direct email addresses.
- Error text, Date and Time of error.
- Bounce back message. Save the message and include it in your submission. (Ensure there is no PHI in the message)
